Interviews will be held on 29 April 2024. We are looking to recruit a Band 3 team administrator based in Bracknell. The role will be full-time working 37.5 hours per week Monday to Friday. Administrators are key to our Trust, supporting our service users and clinicians. Much of our work is innovative and you will enjoy full involvement, while being encouraged to contribute your own thoughts and initiatives. • Working as part of our administrative team, you will support our clinicians in sending out correspondence and booking appointments.  You will answer emails and telephone calls, following up actions where required. • You will need to be confident in using the full Microsoft Office suite including Outlook, Word and Excel. • You will also be required to work on your own initiative and demonstrate a willingness to help others as a key member of the team. • You will be expected to be able to prioritise work and meet deadlines to fulfil the requirements of the post. • You will carry out day-to-day organisation of systems to ensure the smooth running of the administration team. • Type confidential correspondence, reports, and other documentation to a high standard within an agreed timescale using software packages. • To investigate and resolve any day‐to‐day issues or problems on RIO. • The post holder will ensure the timely and accurate communication of information are dealt with in a person cantered and timely fashion taking personal responsibility for its delivery to those concerned and where appropriate confirming this with customers. • The post holder will ensure that clinical and non clinical data is collected as directed and in keeping with the Trust and other policies. • To be a central point of contact and maintain relationships across the service, assisting the team in the development and maintenance of efficient and effective office procedures.
